As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions. Your Role Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals Provide evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMR Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic culture Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Benefits Why H2 Health?
