At Cole Health , we are expanding in Conroe and seeking a confident, pediatric-focused PT to help establish and grow services at this location. You'll initially be the sole PT onsite — giving you the autonomy to shape the program while still having the full support of our larger interdisciplinary team. Compensation Options We understand that flexibility matters — which is why we offer two pay models: Option 1: Hourly $33.66 - $40.87 per hour Based on clock-in/clock-out time Not dependent on patient attendance Option 2:
