Job Description
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Cypress North is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic on a PRN, contract, or temporary basis. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population focused on orthopedic rehabilitation, balance disorders, fall prevention, vestibular rehabilitation, and functional mobility. We are looking for a therapist who is patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Qualifications Active Texas Physical Therapist License Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Vestibular and balance rehabilitation experience is a plus New graduates are encouraged to apply Why Join FYZICAL?
