DN. We specialize in evidence-based, patient-centered pelvic health care with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, individualized treatment, and compassionate care. Our growing caseload includes pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy/postpartum rehabilitation, post-operative care, sexual dysfunction, GI dysfunction, and more. We are expanding and looking for a passionate, skilled, and certified Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (PFPT certified) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to a diverse patient population. This role is perfect for someone who wants autonomy, growth opportunities, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a supportive boutique clinic setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough pelvic health evaluations and individualized treatment plans Treat pelvic floor dysfunction (female, male, pregnancy/postpartum, and orthopedic integration) Utilize manual therapy, corrective exercise, neuromuscular retraining, biofeedback, and patient education Document accurately and timely using EMR Collaborate with referring providers, maintain communication, and help build strong referral relationships Participate in patient education, workshops, and community outreach (optional but encouraged) Maintain PFPT certification and participate in continuing education
Qualifications Required:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy Active Texas Physical Therapy License Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Certification (Herman & Wallace, APTA CAPP-Pelvic, PRPC, or equivalent) Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient rapport Comfort working independently with autonomy
Preferred:
