This opportunity is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with diverse populations, values flexibility, and is interested in contributing to the development of innovative rehabilitation and functional mobility programs. The successful candidate will provide individualized care, develop treatment plans, and assist participants in achieving meaningful functional outcomes through evidence-based rehabilitation strategies. Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings Deliver therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation interventions Implement balance, coordination, and fall prevention programs Provide gait training and functional mobility instruction Perform neuromuscular re-education and movement-based therapies Assist patients with transfer training and activities that improve daily function Educate patients, caregivers, and support teams on rehabilitation goals and home programs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and support staff Areas of Focus Functional Mobility Balance and Coordination Neurological Rehabilitation Fall Prevention Gait Training Strength and Endurance Development Functional Independence Community Mobility Transfer Training Movement-Based Rehabilitation QualificationsRequired Active Texas Physical Therapist License Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads effectively Preferred Experience with neurological conditions Experience with developmental disabilities Experience with geriatric populations Experience with community-based rehabilitation Experience with balance and fall prevention programs Interest in program development and leadership opportunities Schedule PRN Part-Time Flexible Scheduling Consistent scheduling blocks available Opportunity for additional hours as services expand Compensation Range $37.00 - $45.00 Flexible work schedule Growth opportunities available Opportunity to participate in the development of expanding rehabilitation programs Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about helping others improve their independence, mobility, confidence, and overall function.
