Physical Therapist, Full Time -Amatus Home health

Amatus Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, either full-time or PRN, to deliver exceptional home health care. This role focuses on collaborating with patients to restore motion, enhance mobility, and achieve optimal functional outcomes. The successful candidate will concentrate on improving patients' quality of life through comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

Assess and address patients' therapeutic goals and needs. Provide effective, cost-efficient treatments to enhance movement and mobility. Reduce reliance on medications and offer non-surgical alternatives. Develop individualized care plans with diverse treatment strategies. Create fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's requirements. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and interventions. Motivate and support patients to achieve their best functional outcomes. Promote overall health through strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination improvements. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and communicate patient progress effectively. Continuously evaluate treatment effects and monitor patient progress.
