Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current and valid state license to practice Physical Therapy Previous experience in outpatient or hospital environments preferred Strong commitment to patient safety, care quality, and collaborative teamwork Ability to effectively educate patients, families, students, and colleagues Skill in evaluating, developing, and modifying individualized treatment plans Familiarity with hospital regulatory standards and performance improvement practices Maintains continuing education and professional licensure in good standing
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and clinical assessments Design, implement, and adjust therapy plans in accordance with physician orders and patient needs Delegate and direct therapy services to achieve optimal patient outcomes Ensure prompt, clear, and accurate documentation in medical records Actively participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives Mentor students and foster a positive learning environment Demonstrate exemplary adherence to professional and ethical standards
