Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current, active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Texas Previous hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred Excellent clinical reasoning, assessment, and treatment planning skills Ability to educate patients, families, and team members Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for assigned patients Clearly document all patient care activities in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines Direct and delegate discipline-specific therapy services to assigned patients Serve as a resource and educator for patients, families, and colleagues Promote and practice safety throughout all aspects of care (e.g., safe patient handling, infection control) Participate in performance improvement initiatives and student education programs Pursue ongoing professional growth and continuing education
