• Full-time We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director for our growing outpatient clinic in Harker Heights, TX.

This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys balancing patient care with leadership, mentorship, and clinic operations. The Clinic Director will play a key role in maintaining a strong clinical culture, supporting staff development, and helping drive overall clinic performance while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.
