Full-time, permanent, Physical Therapist position with
NO WEEKENDS
Hospital-based Outpatient Clinic - enjoy the backing of a $3b/yr revenue stream supporting your clinic Clinic is attached to a 10,000 sqft gym; therapists have access to aquatic therapy and all gym equipment Heavy Orthopedic Caseload working with an active/athletic adult/geriatric patient population Patient-centered care model - 1-hour blocks for each patient, 1:1 patient care 3-month mentorship and training program available to newer therapists 1-month onboarding process to get you ramped up to a full caseload Join a compassionate and caring team that focuses on supporting each other and seeing patients improve through evidence-based care Stable schedule and work environment Competitive Compensation package + Insurance, 401k match, 4.5 weeks PTO, & more
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time permanent Outpatient Ortho position seeing both Nonsurgical and Post-surgical Orthopedics. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients while being supported by a PTA. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Outpatient experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program Texas PT License or the ability to obtain one Outpatient Ortho Experience preferred H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available For immediate and confidential consideration, please submit a copy of your resume, and a recruiter will reach out to get to know you in detail.
