Job Summary/Position Overview FYZICAL Lakeway is a new outpatient physical therapy and balance clinic located in one of the most desirable areas of Lakeway, Texas — the heart of the Lake Travis community. Housed in a recently built-out, modern facility and backed by FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, one of the nation's fastest-growing PT networks, we deliver exceptional one-on-one care across orthopedic rehab, post-surgical recovery, sports injury recovery, and our signature balance and vestibular programs. Because the clinic is new, the growth runway is significant: the Physical Therapist who joins us at this stage will play a real role in shaping clinical culture, building referral relationships in the community, and stepping into senior or clinical lead positions as the practice expands. We're looking for a dedicated, energetic clinician who wants to make a meaningful difference for patients while helping build something from the ground up in a collaborative, patient-first environment. Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and prevention strategies Provide exceptional patient-centered care Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal outcomes Develop and implement tailored care plans that align with patients' goals and medical requirements. Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care strategies to promote ongoing recovery at home or in community environments. Uphold FYZICAL's brand standards and clinical excellence Experience Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program; active TX license (or eligible) Passion for patient care and continuous learning Proven experience working in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments with a focus on patient care. Familiarity with discharge planning processes and developing effective care plans for diverse populations. Hands-on experience using EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
