Role Description In this on-site role located at our Leander clinic, you'll evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one care that includes therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education. You'll play a key role in tracking progress, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and supporting each patient through their recovery journey. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality care in a supportive and growth-minded environment. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Texas CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred) Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Why Work With Us?
