As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions. Whether you are a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician looking to expand your clinical expertise and leadership opportunities, you will have the support and resources to build a rewarding long-term career with H2 Health. Your Role Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals Provide evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMR Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic culture
