Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; specific shift details provided during interview
Qualifications:
Valid PT license in the state of Texas (or eligibility for reciprocity) Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Current CPR/BLS certification Experience in an outpatient/hospital setting preferred Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills Commitment to professional codes of conduct, patient safety, and ongoing education
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients; develop and implement customized treatment plans in line with physician directives and patient goals Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Design functional treatment programs to facilitate return to community activity Serve as an educator and resource to patients, families, students, and colleagues Complete thorough, timely documentation and adhere to compliance policies Foster a safe environment following clinic and safety protocols Participate in professional development and performance improvement initiatives Support student learning opportunities as assigned
