Required Skills:
Valid and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Proven experience in outpatient settings with diverse patient populations Strong knowledge of orthopedic, post-surgical, and geriatric rehabilitation techniques Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in documentation and adherence to healthcare regulations Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with swing bed cases or inpatient rehab scenarios Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., manual therapy, sports rehab) Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient communities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Minimum of 1-2 years of outpatient therapy experience preferred Prior experience working in healthcare facilities with diverse caseloads
Other Requirements:
