Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials in good standing Experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning and effective care plan development skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development Skilled communicator, educator, and team collaborator Maintains compliance with state regulations and ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Implement and modify therapy plans based on patient needs and goals Accurately document medical records and therapy progress in accordance with regulations Oversee therapy services, delegate as needed, and support discipline-specific goals Educate patients, families, students, and peers Proactively maintain a safe, collaborative, and positive work environment
