• Job Description
• We are seeking a dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care. + Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans + Perform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities + Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records + Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs + Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care + Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly + Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards + Participate in team meetings and care planning sessions

• Qualifications
• + Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program + Current Texas Physical Therapy license + Valid BLS/CPR certification + Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities + Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills + Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans + Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills + Effective communication and interpersonal abilities + Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements + Experience working with diverse patient populations + Problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Additional Information•+

Compensation:

$78000+ Base
