Key Qualifications:
Current, valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in applicable state. Experience in outpatient and hospital-based therapy is preferred. Solid understanding of therapy-specific State Practice Acts and related regulations. Excellent communication and documentation skills. High standards of professionalism and ethical practice. Demonstrated commitment to patient and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in line with patient goals and referring physician directives. Delegate and oversee discipline-specific therapy services for your caseload. Design functional therapy programs to promote return to community activities. Educate patients, families, staff, and students; participate in student supervision and evaluation. Complete detailed, timely medical record documentation per clinic policies. Uphold all professional, ethical, and compliance standards in daily practice. Actively pursue professional development through continuing education and feedback.
