The Physical Therapist performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements. Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state Physical Therapy license. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
