Assumes the full Role and Responsibilities of the Clinic Team Director (CTD), whether at a specific location or as a Market Float. Identifies and communicates clinical quality, workflow, and safety improvement opportunities to the DTO, supporting continuous clinical and operational enhancement. Drives patient and client satisfaction metrics by modeling best practices in care and fostering a culture of service excellence. Collaborates with DTO and medical partners to identify and implement clinical improvement opportunities and supports appropriate workflows that promote a caring, safe treatment environment. Builds and maintains strong relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, and community networks to support market growth, responding to external requests within 24 hours. Mentors and trains future clinical leaders while providing patient care, and contributes to clinical team development by assisting with or leading DTO clinical meetings. Understands financial drivers and assists in staffing decisions with DTO, ADO, and EA to meet business goals and adapt to coverage needs. Qualifications Active licensure per jurisdiction with clinical experience (2+ years preferred in occupational health). Strong clinical knowledge of physical/occupational therapy and alignment with Concentra's occupational medicine philosophy. Demonstrated interest in therapy staff leadership and development. This role builds clinical teams focused on service delivery, driving key business metrics, clinician support and growing core business. Also responsible for implementation of strategy and maintaining internal and external relationships across the markets. Ensures superb patient care, satisfaction, and employer experience. Accountable for therapy management of all sites (centers and onsites) within area of responsibility.
