The Physical Therapist must have: Current Texas license in the state Demonstrate competency in therapy treatment and evaluation principles, techniques, materials and equipment utilization Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and /or agency requirements, and is in good working order.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assumes responsibility for the evaluation, re-evaluation and treatment of patients needing physical therapy services Implements treatment plan through direct treatment, education of caregiver/family members and supervisor of physical therapy assistants Supervises Certified Physical Therapy Assistants Reporting to physician patient's reaction to treatment or changes in condition. Demonstrates superior customer service through professionalism, courtesy, consistent follow-up and positive communication. Identifies patient and family/caregiver needs for other home health services and refers as necessary. We are Dallas-Fort worth based therapy service provider, who understand the demand of Home care industry. We pay better than current "Market Rate"; Medical/dental/vision Insurance, license reimbursement, CEU for Full time Employees.

Required license or certification:

Texas PT License Valid Driver's License Current CPR, Professional Liability Insurance negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination
