Full-time travel assignment (schedule details provided upon interview)Desired Qualifications:
Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas (or eligibility) Previous experience in an outpatient and/or hospital setting preferred Strong clinical reasoning, evaluation, and treatment planning skills Commitment to maintaining high professional standards, ethics, and compliance with all applicable regulations Excellent communication and education skills for working with patients, families, students, and colleaguesKey Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to facilitate effective community reintegration Direct and delegate discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring quality and adherence to physician direction and patient goals Maintain meticulous and timely medical record documentation and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Serve as an educator and a mentor to patients, their families, students, and peers while actively participating in professional development Uphold all standards of safety, including patient handling, infection control, and environmental awareness Foster a positive learning environment for therapy students through supervision and constructive feedback Engage in continuous quality improvement and performance initiativesBenefits and Travel Perks:
