Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic team in San Angelo, Texas , serving primarily an adult population. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions to help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. This is a 1:1 patient care model , allowing you the time and autonomy to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment with strong clinical support behind you. New graduates are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Work alongside a highly educated and collaborative team of specialists Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based treatments that drive measurable patient outcomes Progress patients using clinical reasoning—not cookie-cutter protocols Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and treatment interventions effectively Educate patients so they understand the "why" behind their care, not just the exercises Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide injury prevention guidance, home exercise programs, and wellness education Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinic and state standards What Makes This Role Different Clinical autonomy
