Considered Position Summary The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an interdisciplinary team of rehabilitation specialists in a collaborative outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and functional training strategies Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Assist with supervision and mentorship of students as needed Ensure accurate coding and billing practices consistent with services provided Adhere to all organizational policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Texas Physical Therapist License or eligibility for licensure in Texas Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and patient education skills Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and assist with patient transfers as part of a care team Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday Why Consider This Opportunity?
