We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in cognition, wound care, balance, pain management and many more. We provide on-going training and career development opportunities as well as career advancement with our growing organization! Vital Therapy supports over 50 skilled nursing facilities with in-house therapy program throughout the state of Texas.
