The are of coverage for this position is: Center, Shelbyville, San Augustine, Tenaha, Garrison, and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do:

Performing comprehensive evaluations, routine visits, and OASIS documentation and developing individualized plans of care. Providing high-quality, evidence-based manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Educating patients and their families on wellness and injury prevention. Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure a seamless "5-star" patient experience. Maintaining accurate, timely documentation (we value your time, so we keep our systems efficient).

What You'll Need:

Current, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license Experience with Wellsky (Kinnser), Forcura, and Microsoft Teams; preferred Home health experience is a plus Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

From $100,000.00 per year
