4-Hour Shift Job Summary A leading outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Pelvic Health for a 13-week travel assignment with strong temp-to-perm potential. The ideal candidate will have strong outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health experience and be comfortable working independently in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient therapy setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide independent pelvic health therapy services Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery goals Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques Required Qualifications Active Texas Physical Therapist License Current BLS Certification Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience within the last 3 years Strong pelvic health experience required Ability to work independently without mentorship Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience Pelvic floor dysfunction treatment experience Previous travel assignment experience EMR documentation experience For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
