Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$95,000-$105,000 (based on experience) Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (for qualified candidates) Performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) Health care stipend Paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick time) Mentorship and professional development Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro Collaborate with leadership to help establish clinic workflows and culture Maintain timely, accurate documentation Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach Work closely with PTAs and support staff Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Texas PT license (or license-eligible) Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro, and balance therapy Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic Ready to Help Build Something New?
