Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient. Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to enhance their rehabilitation progress. Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care. Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to provide the best possible care.
