Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive assessment for OT and PT on two students. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results. Provide weekly therapy sessions for one or two students, if contracted. Collaborate with school staff to support student progress. Document and report therapy outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school-based therapy. Familiarity with both OT and PT evaluation and treatment techniques. Strong communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and students. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans. Flexibility and professionalism in a contract-based role.
