ATTENTION
This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist. Now Hiring Physical Therapist•Home Care Full-time, Part-time, or PRN Primary Home Health Greater Salt Lake, UT Overview:
Due to growth, Primary Home Health is now hiring a Physical Therapist in the greater Salt Lake area, treating patients throughout the Salt Lake and Utah Valleys. Full-time, part-time, and PRN candidates will all be considered. Full-time therapists are expected to complete 25 visits per week. Part-time therapists must have a minimum availability to see 1 patient per week. Caseload /Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist in this role will travel to patients' homes and community facilities performing evaluations, providing routine treatments, and offering supervision of PTAs. The patient population is primarily geriatric (55+), with most cases under Medicare Part A Home Health, along with some Part B.Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $85,000- $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Work Schedule:
Full-time therapists are expected to see 25 visits per week, generally Monday through Friday between the hours of 8a and 5p. PRN therapists must work with each individual patient to find a mutually available time. Patients generally expect to be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8a and 5p, however most are flexible and willing to accommodate evaluations and reevaluations in the evenings or on weekends as well. Eligible for Utah state licensure as a Physical Therapist. New grad PTs will be supported and mentored. Full-time is available Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.Learn More:
