Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:15 pm (4x10s, Days) No weekend or on-call requirements
Applicant Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted VA Physical Therapist license or proof of licensure in process Valid AHA BLS certification Minimum of two years' Physical Therapy experience in outpatient and neuro settings Proficiency with
EPIC EMR
is a plus Commitment to upholding professional dress code standards in designated black scrubs
Role Duties:
Provide high-quality outpatient rehab and neuro-focused Physical Therapy care Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC Adhere to the highest standards of patient safety and care delivery
