Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Hampton, VA. As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain their mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans. Design and implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on proper home exercise programs and injury prevention. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Stay current with the latest developments in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program. State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia. CPR certification. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings is a plus.
