Qualifications:

Valid license to practice Physical Therapy At least one year of hospital-based PT experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Experience in diverse therapy settings is a plus Ability to adapt and thrive in new environments

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans for hospital patients Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and occupational/speech therapists to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress Educate patients and families about rehabilitation techniques and progress Promote safety and adherence to hospital protocols
