EPIC EMR

Hours:
4x10s: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:15 PM No weekends, no on-call
Your Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Physical Therapist in outpatient and neuro settings Valid Virginia PT license (or documentation of licensure status) BLS certification (AHA required) Skills and interest in neuro rehab strongly preferred Proficient with outpatient rehabilitation protocols Familiarity with
EPIC EMR
is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based PT care for outpatient and neuro clients Conduct comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and track patient progress Collaborate professionally with multidisciplinary rehab teams Maintain accurate records within EPIC Adhere to clinical, safety, and organizational policies including dress code (black scrubs required)
