Advanced practical knowledge of physical therapy skills, evidence-based practice, da collection and reporting as part of the H2F team. Provide recommendions for injury screening and prevention. Research, analyze, and report on injury control and program effectiveness. Participe on the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Integrion Team to establish policies and procedures for H2F injury control teams. Plan and organizes professional injury screening and prevention, evaluion, and in close proximity to where Soldiers train daily. Participe in injury control research, analysis and reporting to support H2F program the brigade and Army-level. Teach and assists other H2F teammes how to plan, coordine, and implement goal-oriented group and/or focused individual PT trement programs. Licensure :

Applicants must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registrion as a Physical Therapist from a Ste, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United Stes; and must have passed the Nional Physical Therapy Examinion administered by the Federion of Ste Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT).
