Job Description

Flexible Schedule | New Grads Welcome | Mentorship Available Join our outpatient neuro rehabilitation team and help patients regain mobility, confidence, and independence. We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful impact every day. This part-time opportunity offers scheduling flexibility, a collaborative clinical environment, and mentorship support for new graduates looking to grow their skills in outpatient neuro rehabilitation. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their functional goals and rehabilitation needs Provide hands-on therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries while maintaining high clinical standards Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care Supervise therapy staff or students as needed Stay current with practices and emerging treatment approaches in physical therapy and neuro rehabilitation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited physical therapy bachelor's. Master's or Doctorate program preferred. Eligible member of APTA. Valid Physical Therapy License from Virginia or reciprocal compact state required AHA BLS Provider CPR required Professional competency as a general practitioner as defined by the American Physical Therapy Association.
