Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patients to establish individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on restoring function and mobility Document comprehensive and accurate patient progress reports Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home exercise programs Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and industry standards
Qualifications:
Current, valid state license as a Physical Therapist Previous experience in a hospital acute care setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments BLS certification (required)
