Job Description Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care and services at a facility in Mitchells, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive therapy services to patients, ensuring their rehabilitation and well-being.

- Active Virginia license
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
CPR Certification Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the provision of therapy consultation, evaluation and services to patients.
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, ensuring their rehabilitation and well-being.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Complete reports or assessments/evaluations and progress notes utilizing facility's approved documentation forms.
- Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with fellow medical staff and treatment team members.
- Comply with all state requirements and facility policies and procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned by facility.
