Job Description Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care and services at a facility in Mitchells, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive therapy services to patients, ensuring their rehabilitation and well-being.

                $47-$60(Pay rate will be determined by the facility based on qualifications and experience)
                Requirements:
                • Active Virginia license
                • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
                CPR Certification Responsibilities:
                • Responsible for the provision of therapy consultation, evaluation and services to patients.
                • Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, ensuring their rehabilitation and well-being.
                • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
                • Complete reports or assessments/evaluations and progress notes utilizing facility's approved documentation forms.
                • Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
                • Work effectively with fellow medical staff and treatment team members.
                • Comply with all state requirements and facility policies and procedures.
                • Additional duties as assigned by facility.
