Assess functional limitations and establish measurable rehabilitation goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and other evidence-based interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and strategies to improve mobility and function. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Current and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapist license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a healthcare team. Previous clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
