Full Strength Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic and sports clinic in Springfield, VA. About the Role You will treat a caseload of general orthopedics (approximately 70%) and sports (approximately 30%) across all age groups, seeing 11 to 12 patients per day. Our care model dedicates 30 minutes of one-on-one time between you and your patient, followed by 30 minutes of exercise supervised by a clinic technician. You will work alongside a collaborative team that values manual therapy and functional exercise as the foundation of exceptional care. Schedule Monday through Friday only. Clinic hours are 7am to 7pm Monday through Thursday, and 7am to 3:30pm on Fridays. No weekends. No major holidays required. Compensation $90,000 to $105,000 per year based on experience and productivity. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance with the clinic covering 90% of employee premiums and 50% for dependents. Coverage begins the first of the month following your start date. 401(k) with 100% employer match up to 4% of gross salary, eligible after one year of employment. Unlimited continuing education. OCS and SCS board prep tracks and residency pathways available. 21.5 PTO days per year including 15 vacation days and 6.5 paid holidays. 50% of APTA membership dues covered. Malpractice insurance provided. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent standing. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia. Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience. Full-time availability required.
