Job Description

Location:
Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living Greenspring, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults. In this role, you'll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. New Graduates encouraged to apply! •All shifts - full-time, part-time, or PRN• From inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, you'll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. We set you up for success with dedicated onboarding and strong documentation support, so you can focus on doing your best work every day.

Compensation:
Up to $48/hour (based on experience)

Caseload focused on primarily 1:1 direct patient care No outside travel - all residents live on our beautiful 60-acre campus Predictable weekday schedule with occasional weekend rotation Excellent environment for new grads or PTs who enjoy continuity of care Long-term career growth within a respected national organization Focus on quality care, working alongside nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to help residents maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life What we require: Active Virginia Physical Therapy license Current CPR certification Ability to document services accurately and on time Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred. Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
