Patient Treatment Model Team Oriented Culture Job Responsibilities:

Documents the results of evaluations clearly and completely. Completes daily progress notes. Completes discharge notes. Documents clearly, concisely and legibly within established timeframes. Documents evidence of patient and family/caregiver education.
