Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Virginia American Heart Association BLS At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist Prior experience in hospice care

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

$2,140 - $2,326 per week• 16-week contract with possibility of extension Hospice Care •Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
