Qualifications & Experience:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), or eligibility to obtain before assignment start Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Previous hospital-based experience as a PT preferred Ability to adapt to fast-paced, collaborative care settings Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized therapy plans Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, and functionality Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals across disciplines Accurately document patient progress and outcomes Educate patients and family members on rehabilitation and injury prevention
