PRN Physical Therapist (PT) Care with LOVE is a home health agency that seeks to make a positive difference in the aging experience. Our mission is to provide exceptional care to clients and bring peace of mind to their families. As a Physical Therapist with Care With Love, you will play a vital role in this team, offering thoughtful, one-on-one care in clients' homes, supporting each client's unique goals, and ensuring they feel truly seen, heard, and cared for. We are currently recruiting PRN Physical Therapists (OTs) who are interested in the Northern VA area. Tell us what locations you want to work in and we will build a caseload for you in those areas!

The Skilled Physical Therapist:

Delivers personalized therapy to clients in their homes, following physician orders, and develops a treatment plan tailored to their needs to establish goals for improved function. Evaluates the home environment for hazards or barriers to more independent living. Identifies equipment needs. Instructs and may train patients in the use of various types of adaptive equipment, prosthetics, and/or orthotic devices to improve function. Maintains appropriate clinical records and notes, and reports to the physician any changes in the patient's condition. Submits these records in accordance with Organization policy. Collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team, physicians, and other wellness professionals to ensure a seamless and supportive care experience for every client. Uses compassionate communication to educate clients, caregivers, and families, helping them integrate therapy practices into their daily lives for long-term wellness. Cultivates a client-centric therapeutic environment of compassion, commitment, credibility, and cheerfulness—all core values at Care With Love. Qualifications Two years of appropriate Home Health experience as a physical therapist. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills. Possesses and maintains current CPR certification. Can provide a copy of a negative TB test. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order. $80.00 - $160.00 per hour
