Schedule/Hours:
Monday toThursday:
7:30 am - 5:15 pm (4x10-hour shifts, days) No weekends or on-call requirementsQualifications:
Valid Virginia Physical Therapist license or authorization; must provide license status Minimum 2 years' experience in outpatient physical therapy, including neuro rehabilitation Current BLS certification (AHA only) Experience with Epic EMR system preferred Professional, team-oriented, and eager to adapt to a dynamic outpatient rehab environmentResponsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to outpatient neuro and rehab patients Design and implement effective, individualized treatment plans Accurately document patient progress using Epic EMR Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain compliance with facility and professional dress code standards (black scrubs)Benefits & Travel Perks:
