Physical Therapist II

Case load territory is assigned after orientation.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy 2+ years of general PT experience preferred, or 1 year at PT I level within UVM Health Home Health & Hospice with strong performance Home health experience preferred, but not required. We will mentor and support you.
