REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold a compact license. Graduate of an accredited school in Physical Therapy
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
One year of experience as a PT in a home health care setting is preferred Required Licensure/Certifications Unencumbered PT license in VT and NH or compact.
