Physical Therapist

Gifford Medical Center is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Physical Therapist to work with our experienced and skilled inpatient rehabilitation team. This position will work primarily with our inpatient departments to provide care to our acute and transitional care patients with the goal of a successful discharge. The successful candidate will work with team members with varied backgrounds in evaluation and treatment skills that treat a wide spectrum of patient diagnoses. Clear and confident communication skills are necessary with rehabilitation members, medical providers, case managers and patient's families. Building strong patient rapport and providing excellent customer service is essential. This position will primarily be weekend, holiday and vacation coverage.
